www.scmp.com Sony has unveiled the PSP Go, the latest model in its playstation Portable line-up. The Go is a slimmed-down version of the PSP-3000, is 16 per cent lighter and 35 per cent smaller than its predecessor. It also does away with the psp’s UMD drive, so users must now purchase and download games from the online playstation Store. The PSP Go is not intended to replace the PSP-3000, with Sony saying they will continue to manufacture, sell and support the older model. In this video, get a first look at the PSP Go from the Hong Kong launch event. The PSP Go will be available from October at HK$1899.
