The Playstation 2 is an excellent gameing system if you are like me and play the classic games. Furthermore i’ve had my playstation fall to the ground (3 feet 4 inch drop from my desk) four times and it is still fine. (hardwood floors btw.) whereas my xbox broke from the same fall. Armored Core, origional Dark Alliance, and SOCOM Navy Seals are all games I still play on a regular basis on my PS2.

PS2 cannot play DOOM 3 HALF LIFE 2 EVEN HALO cause its graphics are too weak XBOX and even gamecube sorry not for gamecube can play those games without problem! DOnt worry PS3 is comming up WAIT the graphics are worse than XBOX! and is crappy as ps2 PS2 only has 2 controller ports laggy online and crapp games and weak memory and no fan so it will overheat PS2 is too weak Thats one of the reasons it does not have halo!

Sorry folks, this isn’t a review, and i would be the first to give it “no” in the helpful review category if i could, but i have to say that i’m tired of people saying this stupids things: “Xbox is heavy”; “Xbox is way to big”; “Xbox is bulky”. Who the h*ll cares! Is the Xbox a handeheld? No. Do you live in a matchbox? I don’t know, maybe yes. Is the Xbox in an design contest? No. But is the Xbox the most powerfull sytem around? Yes. And the most stupid thing: “Xbox doens’t has any good exclusive games besides Halo”. Project Gotham Racing 2, Crimson Skies, MechAssault, Otogi, Knights of the Old Republic, Invible War, Top Spin, Morrowind, Moto GP 2, Dead or Alive 3, Panzer Dragoon Orta, Unreal Championship. Ok, correct me if i’m wrong, but all those games are Xbox exclusives, and they’re all very good. The less smart people actually say that “Xbox doens’t has any good games…” and not “any good exclusive games…”. Ok, so for all that people all these games aren’t good: Splinter Cell, Onimusha, Prince of Persia, GTA, Silent Hill 2, The Thing, Soul Calibur 2, Max Payne 2, True Crimes, Need for Speed Underground, Return to Castle Wolfenstein, Dynasty Warriors 4, LOTR, Dark Alliance II etc. By the way, all they’re better than their PS2 cousins. And for all people that say Xbox is doomed, has no future, i say this: Ninja Gaiden, Breakdown, Doom 3, True Live Fantasy Online, Half-Life 2, Fable, Painkiller, Halo 2, Dead or Alive Online, Sudeki, Unreal II. By the way, all Xbox console exclusives. Yes, PS2 is a good system, has good exclusive and not exclusive games and more to come, and you probably won’t regreat if you buy one, but i think Xbox is a much better choise. To be honest, i’m not a Microsoft fan, but i have to admit, Xbox is awesome. I don’t say that a product is bad just because i don’t like the company that makes it, that’s not clever. More and more i see in foruns people say that they didn’t like the Xbox even without had played it, and when they did they saw how stupid they were and what they were missing. I think that in this age, more than any other, the true gamer have to own all system, as i do, but if you’ll going to buy only one, get Xbox.

i have a Ps2 and an xbox and a GC but my game cube and ps2 arnt evn hooked up thats how boring they are. if your going to by a system buy an Xbox. Xbox has best graphics best controllers best games no need for memory cards four conttroller ports. Ps2 only 2 CONTROLLER PORTS!!! how can u play with all your friends without byin some stupid adapter. yes Ps2 does have alot of games but they all suck by an xbox
